Kari-Lise Alexander working out of her home studio in Seattle creates paintings that captivate the viewer.Her work often features innocent maidens floating in worlds of their own making, oftentimes losing themselves in their daydreams. In the spring of 2009 she returned to painting after a five year hiatus to being featured in many galleries across the world.There is a documentary of her journey back into the world art entitled Overlooked Details: An Artist's Journey which is definitely worth checking out.
